Terms of Service

1. I have the right to refuse a commission.
2. I reserve the rights to the final artwork for portfolio and promoting purposes.
3. NO refunds will be made once the initial sketch is approved UNLESS I cancel due to personal reasons (emergencies, school, family, health)
4. Commissions are for personal use only. Additional payment for commercial use.
5.Turnaround time to complete one commission is around 4 days to 3 weeks. Depending on complexity, I may finish earlier. Rush orders will have an additional payment.
6. You may pay upfront or at least by 40% downpayment. I will send the initial draft once downpayment.
7. The final piece will be sent via email once you are fully paid.
8. You may neither edit nor claim my artworks as yours.
9. Visual references are highly appreciated, but I can work with descriptions.
10. If you will be posting on social media, kindly credit me in the caption or in your bio.
